Led by Executive Chef, David Schofield, the talented kitchen team use the best of local produce combined with ingredient focused cooking to create a dynamic, seasonally driven menu.
The menu changes frequently and is based on what’s fresh and delicious from premium New Zealand providers. A majority of what is used in the kitchen is grown locally, then lovingly prepared to perfection by the Meat Fish Wine team.
An inviting bar area and one of the largest wine lists in New Zealand completes the experience. The wine list features over 500 approachable and premium wines from New Zealand and around the world. A changing selection of wines are available to try by the glass in the bar or restaurant.
